ASTC Museum Members can receive free or discounted reciprocal admission to the Flint Children’s Museum. You must present your membership card with the ASTC logo at the time of your visit.

The Flint Children’s Museum is a participating institution inĀ Museums For All!

We areĀ partnering with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Association of Children’s Museum to reduce the cost of admission so that all people can enjoy the FCM more often.

To participate in our MUSEUMS for ALL Program, each time you visit the FCM, simply show a valid Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Card (Also known as a Bridge Card) with a valid form of photo ID. Up to four (4) individuals may participate in the program per EBT card; receiving up to four (4) admissions for $3.00 each (total value of $12 per EBT card). Regular admission is $6.00 per person, 1 year of age and older.

Heading to Flint from East or West:

  • Take I-69 to Hammerberg Rd. (Exit 135)
  • Turn NORTH onto Hammerberg Rd.
  • Merge RIGHT at the light onto Miller Rd.
  • Continue straight at first light which will turn into Fox St.
  • Continue straight at second light which will turn into Chevrolet Ave.
  • Turn RIGHT at the third light onto University Ave.
  • Turn LEFT down Cadillac St. for parking

 

Heading to Flint from North or South:

  • Take I-75/US-23 to Corunna Rd. (Exit 118)
  • Turn EAST (LEFT) onto Corunna Rd.
  • Turn LEFT onto Ballenger Hwy.
  • Turn RIGHT on Sunset, the first road past McLaren Hospital
  • Sunset becomes University Ave. You will cross over Chevrolet Ave.
  • The museum will be on your left. Turn LEFT onto Cadillac St. and into our parking lot

 

Parking is free. Spaces are available next to the museum and in the parking lot behind the Consumers Energy substation. There is a loading/unloading zone in front of the museum for buses and groups.
